Paul Coulter

Paul Coulter is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in information security and identity management. From June 2021, Paul has served as Group Chief Information Security Officer at Kainos, after holding the position of Chief Information Security Officer for Kainos Workday. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Business Information Security at Allstate Northern Ireland and Lead Identity and Access Manager at CME Group. Earlier experience encompasses technical specialist roles at Capita Managed IT Solutions, where responsibilities included designing and implementing an Identity Governance and Administration solution, and at Northgate-IS, focusing on .NET web application support and Active Directory architecture. Paul holds a BSCHons degree in ICT and an Associate Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Ulster, completed from 2005 to 2008.
