Emily Winer

Emily Winer, DrPH, MPH, is a seasoned professional in public health and business strategy, currently serving as a Business Strategy Manager at Kaiser Permanente since September 2025. Previous experience includes roles such as a Research Consultant and Graduate Researcher at the University of California, Berkeley, where Emily taught courses on public health, sustainability, ethics, and research methods. Emily has also held positions at Hopelab and the International WELL Building Institute, contributing to product development and evaluation. Emily's career began at Weber Shandwick in digital health and extended to research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Emily obtained a Doctor of Public Health from UC Berkeley and a Master's in Public Health from Columbia University, following a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Carleton College.
