Who We’re Looking For

Our Sr Staff Accountant will assist with a variety of accounting functions, including accounts payable, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, payroll administration, general ledger accounting, and account reconciliation. 

We’re a team of people striving for the best, so naturally, we want to hire the best!   • Play a key role in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes

  • Complete accurate and timely monthly financial statement preparation

  • Lead accounts payable and vendor management

  • Manage billing, collection, and cash application processes

  • Review monthly bank reconciliations

  • Execute complete and accurate general ledger accounting

  • Prepare month close journal entries and perform balance sheet account reconciliations

  • Support payroll administration and assist with moving payroll and benefits administration in-house

  • Assist with ad hoc reporting, tax filings, and budgeting

  • Assist with development and management of financial controls

  • Coordinate process improvements and provide operational support

  • Perform various ad hoc studies and analyses

  • Support the external audit process

General Experience Guidelines

We know your experience extends beyond what you have on paper. The following is a guideline of general experience we’re looking for in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

  • 5 years of experience in a related field of work, start-up experience is a plus

  • CPA Certification or working towards CPA Certification

  • Exceptional knowledge of GAAP

  • Experience with Sage Intacct and Workday Adaptive Insights is a plus

  • Individual must be a self-starter, accurate and reliable

  • Attention to detail is a must!

  • Committed, enthusiastic, and results-oriented
