Kaleidescape appoints new CEO, VP of Marketing, Kaleidescape

Home cinema company Kaleidescape has named Tayloe Stansbury as its new chief executive officer. Mr. Stansbury succeeds Cheena Srinivasan in the position, though Ms. Srinivasan will remain with the company as founder and executive vice president. Kaleidescape has also announced the appointment of Norma Garcia-Muro as vice president of marketing.

"We are excited to have Tayloe's expertise in product, technology, growth, and scale, and Norma's expertise in cinema systems and movie marketing, to drive Kaleidescape's growth," said Kaleidescape founder and board of directors chairman Michael Malcolm.

Mr. Stansbury comes to Kaleidescape from Watermark Insights, where he most recently served as interim CEO. He has extensive leadership and business experience, including with Intuit and Ariba, and is also a long time Kaleidescape customer.

Ms. Garcia-Muro has more than 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry, including in motion picture, home entertainment, and premium cinema technology. She was most recently head of international marketing at Lucasfilm, where she was responsible for the strategy and positioning for the Star Wars and Indiana Jones' franchises. She has also served in senior roles with Dolby Cinema, THX, and Paramount Pictures, and was named one of Celluloid Junkie’s Top 50 Women in Global Cinema in 2020.

Priscilla currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Alliance Consumer Group, a leading designer, manufacturer, and distributor of innovative, high-quality branded consumer products. Alliance Consumer Group's core brands include: NEBO, TRUE, Skeeter Hawk, Lumore and iPROTEC. Previously, Priscilla oversaw Worldwide Sales and Business Operations and New Business Design and Implementation in vice president roles at Dolby. She created and implemented systems to achieve complex financial and operational objectives and enabled global scaling of the business to over $1B, positively impacting thousands of customers across multiple industries. As vice president of Business Operations and Development at Oracle, she led cross-functional teams to refine business practices, operations, and opportunity management for On Demand and Support Services. She also served as the CFO at TuVox and conducted client engagements at KPMG. Priscilla holds a bachelor of arts in English with an emphasis in accounting from the University of California, Berkeley. She was selected as one of the Most Influential Women in Business by The San Francisco Business Times.
