Benjamin Lascar began their career in 2010 as an Auditor Intern at KPMG. In 2013, they became an Export Sales Intern at Masgabana. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Volvo Trucks as a Coordinateur commercial et appel d'offre and Gestionnaire de contrats de service. During this time, they were responsible for coordinating and managing calls for tenders, responding to public tenders, and following up with clients on service contracts. In 2016, they joined LINKBYNET as a Manager Business Development, where they opened a business office in Toronto and identified and qualified new opportunities through cold calls, networking, and emailing. Benjamin also generated, managed, and finalized executive negotiations. In 2018, they began working at Kaliti as a Responsable commercial régional and Key Account Manager. Their role included overseeing gros œuvre and second œuvre control plans, planning and progress, quality management, site report, OPR/reception/delivery, and SAV/GPA.

Benjamin Lascar studied at Aix-Marseille University from 2007 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics in 2010, a Master I in Accounting and Finance in 2011, and a Master's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce in 2013.
