Cassie Harman

Cassie has over 15 years of experience in building international digital products in the evolving technology space across regulated industries in the UK and the US, including financial services, healthcare and energy. Cassie has had great success in helping growth stage companies scale and streamline their product function. Cassie joined the OVO Group in March 2017 to head up Product in its retail division and is now leading the development of Kaluza’s energy retail platform. Prior to joining OVO, Cassie was Head of Product at Wonga, where she oversaw a re-platforming and overhaul to the company’s flagship lending product that enabled it to successfully obtain FCA authorisation. Cassie has a degree in Philosophy and English from the University of Birmingham and holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management.
