Seiya Konagaya

Seiya Konagaya currently serves as the CEO of Kaluza Japan and holds the position of Commercial Manager, focusing on partnerships with device manufacturers to integrate various energy solutions with the Kaluza Flex platform. With extensive experience at Mitsubishi Corporation, Seiya has worked in multiple divisions, including the Utility Retail and International Power Divisions, and has been seconded to Kaluza and Moray Offshore Windfarm. Notable responsibilities include developing energy business strategies in Europe, managing solar-plus-storage projects in Australia, and overseeing the construction of energy storage systems in Chile. Seiya's background also includes finance and compliance management at Moray East and sales experience in the photovoltaic sector across Asia and Europe. Seiya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Commerce from Keio University and completed education through Harvard Business School Online.
