Lucas De Andreis has extensive work experience in various roles related to marketing, growth, and digital media. Lucas started their career as an intern at Dinâmica Eventos e Produções in 2008. Lucas then worked as a Social Media Analyst at Planin from October 2010 to September 2012, where they were responsible for social media content production, analysis, and reporting. Lucas also had a role as a Social Media professional at MTV Brasil, where they managed multiple social media platforms and analyzed content related to the program "Entre Teens".

In 2012, they became a Social Media professional at 55social, and later moved to Agência f2f digital, where they held several positions, including Coordinator of Digital Marketing, Digital Marketing Manager, and Media and BI Manager. Lucas joined Folk Comunicação in July 2015 as a founder and Head of Growth, leading the agency's digital marketing and growth operations.

Lucas then worked as Head of Digital Marketing at Innova - All Around The Brand from June 2019 to March 2020, where they created and managed media, community, social, CRM, and CX operations for clients such as Wine Vinhos and HCor. Lucas also worked as Head of Media at Agência f2f-digital for six months before joining Quicko in March 2020.

At Quicko, Lucas had multiple roles, including Growth Manager and, eventually, Head of Growth. In these positions, they were responsible for creating the growth and marketing departments, achieving significant user base growth and increasing revenue while reducing customer acquisition costs. Lucas also worked as Head of Operations for a period and collaborated with sales and planning & performance teams.

Lucas's most recent work experience is as Head of Marketing at Kamino, starting from March 2023.

Lucas De Andreis pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their Bachelor's degree in Social Communication with a specialization in Journalism from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, which they completed from 2006 to 2009. Lucas then obtained a postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado, during the period of 2011 to 2012. Finally, in 2020 to 2021, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Digital Data Marketing from FIAP.
