Nilesh Shah is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the paints and ceramics industries. Currently serving as State Sales Manager at Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd since January 2019, Nilesh has managed significant turnovers across various regions. Prior to this role, Nilesh was State Head at Somany Ceramics Ltd, where responsibilities included spearheading sales and business development functions, forecasting targets, and enhancing market penetration. Nilesh also held a lengthy tenure at Asian Paints, progressing through various sales roles, ultimately managing territories with turnovers exceeding 160 Crores.
