Kaitlyn Hornsby

Kaitlyn Hornsby is an experienced professional currently serving as the Executive Support Coordinator for the Kansas City Chiefs since May 2023. With a strong background in athletics marketing from the University of Kentucky, where responsibilities included the creation and implementation of marketing plans and strategies for sports events, Kaitlyn also gained valuable experience at The Walt Disney Company, ensuring guest safety and engagement in attractions. Prior roles at the Kansas City Chiefs included the position of Cheer Seasonal Assistant, providing support in event planning and fan entertainment. Additional experience includes serving as a Facilities Assistant at the University of Kentucky and working as a dance instructor with Varsity Spirit, honing skills in customer service, team collaboration, and project management. Kaitlyn is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Project Management at Park University.
