Joost Baalbergen

Joost Baalbergen is a seasoned professional in behavioral science with extensive experience in applying psychological insights to organizational decision-making. Currently serving as a Senior Behavioral Expert at Kansspelautoriteit since November 2025, Joost previously led the Psychology chapter at Online Dialogue, assisting clients like VodafoneZiggo and DPG Media in data-driven decision processes. Earlier roles include behavior and communication consulting at Tabula Rasa and an internship at Rabobank, where Joost developed tools to enhance critical discourse. Joost holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Social Psychology from Utrecht University, complemented by honors programs in Psychology.
