Karen Frank

Karen Frank has accumulated extensive experience in the consumer goods industry, currently serving as an Executive Officer at Kao Corporation since March 2009, where Karen made history as the first non-Japanese female to hold this position. Prior roles at Kao include President of the Consumer Care Sector for the Americas and EMEA, President of Kao USA, and Vice President of US Mass Marketing & Global Skin Care. Before joining Kao, Karen Frank spent over a decade at Procter & Gamble, starting as a Brand Assistant to the Marketing Director and ascending to various Vice President roles in marketing. Karen Frank earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Miami University between 1981 and 1985.
