Girl Starter is a new scalable, for-profit trans-media and technology company that uses the power of entertainment to activate girls in entrepreneurship and business leadership. Creating new media destinations across integrated platforms, the company offers an exciting reality television series, a robust online community, game-ified apps, and a multi-city live tour. There is inspirational, actionable content, and tools. This comprehensive, multi-pronged approach provides various revenue streams for powering the entrepreneurial dreams of young millennial and generation z women. The company's mission is to educate girls and give them the power to reach their potential.

Prior to joining Kargo, Hirsh was a Marketing Specialist at [PetSmart](/org/petsmart). Billie was part of the inaugural in-house digital marketing team and they planned and executed campaigns across multiple lines of business, including grooming, shopper campaigns, new store openings, consumables, and aquatics.

Before their time at [PetSmart](/org/petsmart), Hirsh worked as a digital media planner for Discover Financial Services at the agency Vizeum. There, they drove the media planning process for multiple lines of business, including credit card, student loans, and e-biz.
