Suma Poduval is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical, biologics, and industrial sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for India at Kashiv BioSciences LLC since January 2025, Suma drives strategic HR initiatives that align talent with business objectives. Previously held positions include Human Resources Director at Amcor, Business HR Director for South Asia at Cargill, and Corporate HR Leader at Hindustan Zinc Limited. Suma possesses a strong background in labor relations, performance management, and talent acquisition, complemented by an Executive Education Program in Strategic Human Resource Planning from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
