Kat Burki Skincare was founded by a world-renowned expert in gut-skin healing who wanted to create a line of skincare that approached skin health based on the principles of Nutritional Biochemistry. After a successful career in nutrition, disease management, and healthcare law, Kat Burki could not find products that focused on the skin's overall health. Instead, existing brands only seemed to concentrate on single ingredients and one-off solutions. Kat Burki had a revolutionary idea that would change the game of skincare.

Kat Burki is seeking experienced and motivated skincare enthusiasts to drive sales within our luxury retail partners.

As a Kat Burki Skincare Specialist, you are an extension of the brand and will be responsible for the following:

• Provide best-in-class education to both clients and retail partners.
• Drive sales through motivating store staff and client engagement.
• Build strong relationships with in-store staff and leadership team.
• Maintain Kat Burki Skincare's image and highest possible standards.
• Support event preparation and execution.
• Report on daily sales, brand, and product performance to enhance brand success.

Qualifications: 

• Two years of experience selling high-end skincare in luxury retail settings.
• Goal-oriented with strong sales skills and track record.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• An esthetician license is a plus but not required.
• Reliable transportation
