Sarah Burch

Sarah Burch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supporting and scaling social ventures. Currently serving as an Expert-in-Residence at Rippleworks since November 2015, Burch has played a pivotal role in growing the Projects Department, launching a data-focused department, and enhancing the performance management system. Prior to this, Burch contributed significantly to the growth of over 150 social ventures as Head of Venture Growth and was part of the founding team as Venture Growth Manager. In addition to ongoing involvement with Rippleworks, Burch is a Board Member at FHI 360 and a Kauffman Fellow, co-chairing a special interest group focused on social impact investments. Burch's earlier experience includes serving as a Portfolio Manager and Investment Officer at USAID, where Burch was integral to the founding team of Development Innovation Ventures. Educationally, Burch holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame, graduated in 2009.
