Randy Carpenter

Randy Carpenter serves as the Division President and Senior Vice President at KB Home since April 2012, overseeing operational functions for the Colorado division, which includes sales, marketing, purchasing, studio, construction, and customer service. Previously, Randy held the role of Vice President of Sales & Marketing at both PulteGroup from October 2000 to May 2011 and Gallipo Construction, Inc. from July 1999 to September 2000. At PulteGroup, responsibilities encompassed sales and marketing operations, while at Gallipo, a focus was placed on driving sales growth and managing marketing strategies. Earlier experience includes positions in construction, sales, and sales management at Gilligan Homes of Colorado from June 1994 to July 1999.
