Maseline Keya, ABE-UK, currently serves as the Card Business Support Manager at KCB Bank Group since November 2018, where responsibilities include leading operations, process improvements, and project management within the Card Business. Previously held positions at KCB Bank Group include Senior Manager of Card Operations, overseeing various card business functions. Prior to KCB, Maseline led operations at Interswitch East Africa in various managerial roles, including Head of Operations and Ag. Head of Operations. Additional experience includes managing card operations at Paynet Kenya Limited and a diverse banking career spanning over a decade with Barclays Bank of Kenya Limited. Maseline holds multiple qualifications in Business Administration and Management from ABE and the Kenya Institute of Management.
