Michael Peleschka is an experienced professional in the field of customer service and ERP consulting, currently serving as the Head of ERP Customer Service at Avanade since January 2017. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at KCS.net, including ERP Berater and Head of Customer Service, starting in October 2008. Michael's earlier experience includes serving as a DMS Consultant at Fabasoft between January 2007 and December 2008, and working as an IT Technician for the Kuratorium fuer Verkehrssicherheit and ORF from January 2003 to December 2006 and January 2003 to December 2003, respectively. Michael began a career as a Project Engineer at VA TECH from January 1997 to December 2001. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Medieninformatik from Technische Universität Wien.
