Kevin Mcdonald

Kevin McDonald is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary at Keane Group. Kevin previously worked at Marathon Oil Corporation from September 2012 to November 2016, where they were the Deputy General Counsel - Corporate Legal Services & Government Relations and Asst. Corp. Secretary. In this role, Kevin was responsible for SEC and NYSE compliance, board advance materials and meetings, subsidiary administration and shareholder services, debt and equity financings and legal compliance with public reporting responsibilities.
