Alysia Evanitsky

Alysia Evanitsky is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and management. Alysia has been with Kearney since February 2015, progressing from Associate to Manager and currently serving as Principal. Prior to this role, Alysia spent nearly a decade at Sikorsky Aircraft as a Project Engineer for the International Black Hawk program, acting as Chief Engineer for contracts with the United Arab Emirates Army and the Ministry of Saudi Arabia National Guard. Responsibilities included leading design and qualification efforts, software development, and customer support. Alysia began the career as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Carrier Corporation, where testing and evaluation of HVAC components were performed. Alysia holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from NYU Stern School of Business and a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
