Aritra Jana is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and engineering. Currently serving as a Partner at Kearney since June 2017, Aritra has held various titles within the firm, including Principal and Manager. Prior to Kearney, Aritra worked at Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company) as a Senior Associate and Associate from June 2014 to April 2017. Aritra's early career includes roles as a Placement Representative at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and a Summer Intern at Booz & Company. Aritra started in the engineering sector at Indian Oil Corporation Limited as a Senior Engineer and interned at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited. Aritra holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, an MBA Exchange experience at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur.
