Babak Bafandeh

Babak Bafandeh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in private equity and technology. Currently serving as a Partner at Kearney since August 2012, Babak leads America’s Private Equity Value Creation Tower, focusing on enterprise transformations to enhance deal theses. Prior to Kearney, Babak co-founded and served as CEO of Cuchine, an online marketplace promoting local homemade meals. Additionally, Babak held significant roles at Motorola Inc. as the North America Product Engineering Lead for the IP Set-Top Box division, and previously worked at Continuous Computing as a Design Engineer. Academic credentials include an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and multiple engineering degrees from San Diego State University.
