Betty Pio

Betty Pio is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the consulting and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a Partner at Kearney since November 2022, Betty also holds a position as a Board Member for Junior Achievement of Northern California since January 2025. Prior to Kearney, Betty was a Partner and Senior Director at Simon-Kucher & Partners from July 2015 to October 2022. Additional roles include Principal at Charles River Associates, Manager at Leerink Swann, Senior Consultant at Insight Strategy Advisors, and Consultant at Simon-Kucher & Partners. Betty began a career in clinical research as a Prospective Trials Coordinator and Research Associate at UCLA Medical Center from October 1998 to March 2005. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology from UCLA and an M.S. in Regulatory Science from USC School of Pharmacy.
