Boris Theobald

Boris Theobald is an experienced executive advisor specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and transformation, currently serving as an Executive Advisor at AIL since January 2024. Previously, Boris held the position of Partner at Kearney from January 2020 and at goetzpartners from 2009 to 2019, focusing on M&A and restructuring. Earlier in Boris's career, experience was gained as a Consultant at Deloitte from 2006 to 2008, also in the M&A sector. Boris holds an MBA in Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Mannheim.
