Carlos Oliver Mosquera is a seasoned leader in technology consulting with extensive experience in the telecommunications and ICT sectors. Currently serving as a Partner at Kearney since August 2015, Carlos leads the Technology Centre of Excellence, delivering advisory services that blend management consulting and ICT technology insights. Previously, Carlos held significant roles including Director of the Digital Centre of Excellence at Kearney, where responsibilities encompassed global technology leadership, business development, and strategy in areas such as telco networks, cloud, and cybersecurity. Carlos's background includes leadership positions at Nokia Bell Labs, Alcatel-Lucent, and Lucent Technologies Bell Labs, contributing to extensive advancements in telecommunications. Carlos holds an MBA from London Business School and a Master's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
