Charles-Etienne Bost

Charles-Etienne Bost is a seasoned professional in the consumer goods, retail, and luxury industries, currently serving as Partner and Head of the Consumer Goods, Retail and Luxury Business for Europe at Kearney since March 2021. Previously, at Coty from September 2016 to February 2021, Charles-Etienne held the role of Chief Financial Officer for Global Supply, managing a $6 billion portfolio and overseeing finance and IT during a critical turnaround. Additionally, as Senior Vice President of Integration and Transformation, Charles-Etienne led the merger between Coty and P&G Beauty across 60 countries, supervising a team of over 1,000 employees. With prior experience at A.T. Kearney from 2004 to 2016, where Charles-Etienne progressed from Business Analyst to Partner, notable projects included strategic transformations and cost optimization initiatives across various sectors. Charles-Etienne also contributed to academia as a Maître de conférence at Sciences Po, teaching Corporate Strategy, and holds a Program for Leadership Development from Harvard Business School along with master's degrees in Finance and Sciences.
