Fabrice Wagner

Fabrice Wagner is a senior leader in strategic operations and procurement, currently serving as a Partner at Kearney since September 2021, where responsible for leading the practice in France and being a core member of the global leadership team. Prior to Kearney, Fabrice held the position of Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company from September 2012 to August 2021, advising executives on large-scale transformation programs and co-leading the procurement practice in France. Earlier career experience includes roles at Alstom Transport as Sourcing Commodity Manager, overseeing commodity strategies and managing a global network of buyers, and at Saint-Gobain in various positions including Project Manager for transport and logistics transformations, Business Process Leader for ERP integration, and E-procurement Manager, enhancing purchasing practices across multiple countries. Fabrice holds a Master’s degree from HEC Paris and a Diplôme d’Ingénieur from ECPM Ecole européenne de chimie polymères et matériaux de Strasbourg.
