Katy Rauen

Katy Rauen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, currently serving as a Partner at Kearney since October 2013, where earlier roles included Associate Partner, Principal, and Manager. Katy was recognized as one of Consulting Magazine's "35 under 35 Rising Stars" in 2018. Prior experience includes a Summer Associate position at A.T. Kearney and a role as a Financial Analyst at The Boeing Company, focusing on contracts and pricing for C-17 production and participation in the Corporate Finance Rotation Program. Katy holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of Washington.
