Neal Walters

Neal Walters is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in management consulting and engineering. As a Partner at A.T. Kearney since October 1998, Neal has played a key role in providing strategic insights and solutions. Prior to this, from October 1986 to September 1998, Neal held various roles at ExxonMobil (Imperial Oil), including Strategic Planner, Supply Coordinator, and Process Engineer, gaining expertise in operations engineering, design engineering, supply optimization, and strategic planning. Neal's academic credentials include an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
