Sarayu Mandapaty

Sarayu Mandapaty is an accomplished individual currently serving as an Incoming 2025 Summer Business Analyst at Kearney and President of the Columbia Global Research and Consulting Group. Previous roles include Project Lead, where Sarayu led a team to promote social impact and conducted global policy research as an Associate Consultant. At Spectator Publishing Company, Sarayu has excelled as a Revenue Manager, collaborating with a 20-person team, and previously sold advertisements as a Revenue Associate. As President of Columbia University Model Congress, Sarayu revitalized the organization and managed a significant conference. Internship experience at Johnson & Johnson involved supporting product management and stakeholder engagement. Sarayu founded and served as CEO of AeroDrive, focusing on innovative automotive safety solutions. Additional involvement includes research on emerging markets with the Columbia Emerging Markets Society and mentorship in the Athena Incubator at Barnard College. Education includes dual studies in Computer Science and Economics at Barnard College and Columbia University, alongside a Pre-Baccalaureate in Environmental Anthropology.
