Shreya Lamba

Shreya Lamba is a highly experienced professional currently serving as Chief of Staff for the Middle East and Africa and Director of Special Projects at Kearney since March 2023. Previously, Shreya co-founded The Mommy Network, India's largest curated parenting community, which serves 30,000 mothers across five cities and organizes the nation's largest luxury children's exhibition. Additionally, Shreya co-founded The Mumum Co., known for pioneering a range of healthy, natural snacks for children in India. Shreya's career at Kearney began as a Management Consultant in 2014, following earlier consulting roles at A.T. Kearney from 2004 to 2014. Shreya holds an MBA from INSEAD and both an MSc and BSc in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, accompanied by a Diploma in Economics from the Institute of Technology and Management.
