Wolfgang Haag is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as a Partner at A.T. Kearney since February 1996, focusing on transformation programs and corporate strategies for utility companies. Notable achievements include developing new organizational structures for a leading Distribution System Operator (DSO) and crafting growth strategies for an international Independent Power Producer (IPP) and a major European renewables entity. Prior to A.T. Kearney, Wolfgang Haag held positions as a Project Manager at Droege Group, concentrating on restructuring and efficiency improvement, and as a Scientific Employee at Fraunhofer IPA, where the focus was on logistics and shop floor optimization.
