Young Han Koh

Young Han Koh is a Partner at Kearney, where a strong focus on Strategic Operations encompasses large-scale end-to-end operations improvement, cost and procurement transformation, S&OP, strategic make vs buy, design to value, digital procurement, and supply chain resiliency since June 2016. Prior experience includes a role as a Business Technology Consultant at Accenture, specializing in the oil and gas industry with expertise in upstream capital project management and cost control from October 2013 to April 2016. Significant projects included capital project management system implementation, procurement to payment system improvements, and integration of custom solutions with SAP systems. Young Han Koh also held an internship as a Process Engineer at Plexus in 2012, contributing to production line troubleshooting, data entry, and process improvement initiatives. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, obtained between 2010 and 2013.
