Jennifer Backus is an experienced talent development professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Talent Development at KeHE Distributors since August 2019, Jennifer has held various positions within the company, including Manager and Sr. Specialist. Prior to this, a substantial tenure at Domino's from 1992 to 2013 saw Jennifer play pivotal roles such as Leadership and Organizational Development Specialist, World Headquarters Human Resources Director, Field Human Resources Director, Human Resources Information Systems Project Leader, and Human Resources Generalist, contributing to leadership training, HR strategy, and systems development.
