Harsha Lakshminarayanan

Harsha Lakshminarayanan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in ERP transformation and service delivery. Currently serving as Vice President of ERP Transformation and Service Delivery at Keller since September 2021, Harsha oversees operations for the world's largest geotechnical specialist contractor. Prior to this, Harsha held various leadership roles at GSK, including Director of the ERP Programme, successfully implementing SAP across 32 markets, and Senior Programme Manager, delivering multiple transformation initiatives across various departments. Harsha's experience also includes managing projects at Xerox and GSK, with early career achievements at Nestlé as Project Lead and SAP HR Lead Consultant. Harsha holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from Bangalore University.
