Carolyn M. Tastad

Carolyn Tastad has served as a member of Kellogg Company's Board of Directors since December 2015. Ms. Tastad serves on the Manufacturing Committee, the Compensation & Talent Management Committee and the Nominating & Governance Committee.

Ms. Tastad is Group President, Procter & Gamble North America, and is responsible for the company's business in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. North America is P&G’s largest and most profitable region.

Ms. Tastad began her career in information technology and subsequently moved to sales and general management roles. She has significant acquisition integration experience and business model reinvention. She has led large multi-category regional businesses and smaller entrepreneurial global businesses. She has held responsibilities at both global and regional levels, living in the U.S., Canada and Switzerland.

Ms. Tastad serves on the board and executive committee of the Consumer Brands Association (formerly Grocery Manufactures Association) and is board chair for the non-profit Cincinnati City Center Development Corporation. She also serves as executive sponsor for P&G’s Gender Equality citizenship efforts.

Ms. Tastad received a bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan in Canada.
