Hilary Durnan

Hilary (Forsley) Durnan is a legal professional currently serving as Counsel for Privacy and Compliance at Kelly since June 2022. Previously, Durnan held the position of Associate Attorney at Eaton Peabody from October 2020 to June 2022, and completed a Legal Intern role at Maine Regulatory Training and Ethics Center (MeRTEC) in the summer of 2020. Durnan earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maine School of Law, where involvement included serving as a Teaching Fellow in the Academic Success Program. Additional legal experience includes roles as a Legal Extern at MaineHealth and WEX, as well as internships at Unum and IDEXX. Prior to the legal career, Durnan worked in various capacities at CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange from 2013 to 2018. Durnan holds a Certified Holistic Health Coach credential from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Stonehill College.
