John Rosenbaum

John Rosenbaum is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in driving strategic technology leadership and transformation across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Kelly since April 2025, John leads a team focused on modernizing critical systems and managing complex integrations. Prior to this role, John was Chief Information Officer at Motion Recruitment Partners LLC, where responsibilities included overseeing technology strategy and executing large-scale transformations. John's career also includes significant roles at EmployBridge as Vice President of Digital Solutions and Chief Information Officer, where digital strategy and user-centric design were priorities. Earlier experience includes positions at Slalom as a Strategy Consultant and at Randstad Digital as Consulting Manager, where John spearheaded technology initiatives across diverse industries. John holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Engineering Management and Information Systems, as well as Economics with Systems Analysis from Southern Methodist University.
