Mia Lottanen

Mia Lottanen is a logistics professional with extensive experience in sourcing and operations management. Currently serving as the Manager of Logistics Sourcing at Kemira since September 2025, Mia previously held the position of Global Category Manager for Logistics at Valmet, where successful RFQ processes were executed, achieving significant cost savings. Prior to that, Mia was the Global Operational Logistics Manager at Neles, overseeing logistics operations globally and in the EMEA region, alongside business support for complex logistics scenarios. Additionally, experience at Metso Flow Control Oy included roles such as Delivery Team Leader and Forwarding Coordinator, focusing on logistics process development and system management. Early career stages involved logistics responsibilities at Raute Oyj, including dispatch planning and export documentation. Mia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Lahti University of Applied Sciences.
