Karis Tucker

Karis Tucker, SHRM-CP, serves as the Network HR Manager at Kenco Group since March 2019, with a progressive HR career that includes roles as Human Resources Manager and Generalist. In this position, Karis has partnered with various HR teams to support the employment lifecycle and successfully implemented a new hire onboarding LMS program for Technicians. Previously, at Skuid, a SaaS company, Karis held multiple HR roles, including HR Specialist and Corporate Recruiter, where contributions included designing training programs to enhance employee engagement and managing full-cycle recruitment for various departments. Earlier experience at The Chalmers Center at Covenant College involved marketing and event management, leading to significant achievements such as increasing conference attendance and social media following.
