Jessica McCrea is an experienced operations professional with a background in eCommerce and field operations. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager for Kendo Brands, Inc. since October 2020, Jessica previously held positions at Uber, including Operations Manager for JUMP Electric Bikes and Scooters, as well as roles in Uber Eats management. Additional experience includes working as Area Manager for Instacart and various roles at Target, culminating as Global Vendor Manager.
