Rachel Ferris is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in people and culture management. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Kennards Hire since September 2022, Rachel also operates as a Human Resources Consultant at Rachel Ferris HR. Previous roles include serving as People and Culture Manager at Open Colleges and holding various positions at CHRG, including Head of People & Culture. Rachel's academic qualifications include a Masters of Human Resources Management and a Graduate Certificate of Human Resources Management from RMIT University, as well as an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality from Quality Training.
