Gus Segreto

Gus Segreto currently serves as Managing Director at Kennedy Wilson since July 2023. Prior to this role, Gus held multiple positions at Pacific Western Bank from April 2019 to July 2023, including Senior Director and SVP, Investment Officer in Commercial Real Estate, following the acquisition of CapitalSource by Pacific Western Bank. At CapitalSource, from July 2013 to April 2019, Gus was SVP, Investment Officer in the Real Estate Group and previously served as Vice President and Senior Associate within the same group. Gus began his career at Arbor Realty Trust from February 2011 to July 2013, where roles included Structured Finance Associate and Analyst. Educationally, Gus earned an MBA in Finance from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a B.A. in Economics and Music from Rollins College.
