Joe Pace

Joe Pace currently serves as Managing Director at Kennedy Wilson since August 2023, following extensive experience in the finance sector. Prior to this role, Joe Pace held various positions at Pacific Western Bank from January 2016 to August 2023, including Senior Vice President - Portfolio Manager and Vice President - Senior Loan Officer. Previous roles also include Assistant Vice President in commercial real estate at US Bank (February 2012 - January 2016) and Assistant Vice President at Capmark (November 2005 - February 2012), where Joe Pace managed a $200 million hotel loan portfolio and was involved in the securitization of over $2 billion in hotel loans. Joe Pace began the career at Freddie Mac and has a degree in Marketing and IT from George Mason University.
