Keith Herren

Keith Herren is a seasoned professional in the real estate development industry, currently serving as the Managing Director of Multifamily at Kennedy Wilson since April 2017. Prior to this role, Keith held the positions of Chief Development Officer and Executive Vice President at Williams Homes from 2008 onward, as well as Development Partner at The Hanover Company between 2005 and 2008. Keith's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President at Newhall Land from 1994 to 2004. Academically, Keith Herren holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and a degree in Architecture from Kansas State University.
