Todd Reynolds

Todd Reynolds has extensive experience in water treatment and engineering, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors and Water Treatment Practice Leader at Kennedy Jenks Consultants. Responsibilities include providing strategic guidance, project management, and technical leadership for national water treatment initiatives, with notable projects such as the $50M Monterey One Water Advanced Water Purification Project. Previously held roles include Senior Project Manager, Group Manager for the San Francisco municipal sector, and California Water Sector Leader. Todd's career began as a Nuclear Submarine Officer in the United States Navy. Todd holds a Master's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
