Elicia C. Lair

Elicia C. Lair is a seasoned academic currently serving as a Lecturer of Psychology at Kennesaw State University since August 2019, where responsibilities include teaching undergraduate courses in Introductory Psychology, Research Methods, and Social Psychology. Previously, Elicia held positions as an Assistant Professor and Director of the Social Cognition Lab at the University of Mississippi from August 2014 to August 2019, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses while co-founding the Interdisciplinary Graduate Minor in Applied Statistics. Elicia's early career included roles as a Primary Instructor and Lab Manager at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, as well as teaching assistant positions at both the University of Massachusetts Amherst and the College of William and Mary. Elicia earned a Ph.D. in Social Psychology with a concentration in Quantitative Analysis from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and holds both a Master of Arts in Experimental Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Government from William & Mary.
