Mark Mitchell

Mark Mitchell serves as a Professor and Chair of the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at Kennesaw State University since July 2007, following a distinguished tenure at Clark Atlanta University from 1990 to 2007, where responsibilities included Chair of Chemistry and Associate Dean for Natural Sciences and Mathematics. Academic credentials include a Post-Doctoral fellowship in Atmospheric Chemistry at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center and a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of Utah. Mark Mitchell completed a B.S. in Chemistry at Northwest Missouri State University.
