Janna Korzenko

Janna Korzenko has extensive experience in academic program development and student services at Kent State University, where roles include Academic Program Director and Academic Program Coordinator in the School of Information since 2002. Responsibilities encompass strategic planning for retention and recruitment, policy development, program evaluation based on student feedback, and communication efforts focused on student services. Previous experience includes public services at Chagrin Falls Library, where Janna engaged in customer service, marketing, and staff training. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. (ABD) in Political Science (Public Policy) and a Master’s in Library and Information Science, both from Kent State University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising from the same institution.
